wrapping up July

We went and visited Grandma at work and then went exploring and found a blue fountain!

Best yard sale sign I have ever seen and my huge wasp sting!

We tagged along with daddy to a mutual activity at Dierkes and had the best time. It is so fun to be able to take the boys to places that I grew up going to!

Our garden is doing so awesome this year and the raspberries even producing even though we just transplanted them this year!

We had a big party for Grandpa Haney's 94th birthday and got to see lots of family. What a great man with an amazing posterity!

This group of people! How did we get so lucky to live so close to one another?? I wouldn't trade them for anything! Ter was and still is close to his cousins and I really hope that we can say the same for our family in the years to come.

Camping in Heglar

We are getting the hang of this camping thing with kids and loving it more and more. Heglar is such a beautiful place to go! Marianne and Casey and Kendal and Pete came along with us and the kids had a ball sliding down the hillside in the dirt and exploring.

A lady on Ter's mission gave him that big Virgin Mary blanket and it is super warm so it has turned into our camping blanket. It makes me laugh every time I spread it out and put our sleeping bags on top!
After camping Friday night we headed to Grandma D's house to get all cleaned up to go over to Todd and Laurie's house for McKay's reception. It was fun to catch up with people and chase these little handsome boys all around.
haha they were all done with pictures in the bottom right one!

life lately-{july}

Mommy got an iphone!!! Which means way more pictures of my little crazies!
This little mr. is so happy!

We were visiting Grandma Kris at work and Keegan found an egg that had fallen out of a nest and he smashed it-yuck! We then got to talk all about maggots and rotten eggs. He couldn't get enough of watching the maggots and Bryker was about to barf!
Bryker took swimming lessons in Filer this year and had the best teacher, McKenzie Hunsaker that really helped him to feel more comfortable. I think we will be spending a lot of time at the pool this year. Our first carrots from our garden!
The picture of Keegan in his Captain America costume is one of my most favorite!

Grady bug is 6 months old!

You just keep getting cuter and cuter--I can't handle it! Your hair is staying strawberry blonde-ish but we'll see for how long. You went on your first camping trip this month and did great! You are still as smiley as ever, are loving your big boy food and are crawling!!! I think you are working on your first 2 teeth which equals a sad baby and a tired mama. We have been swimming a ton this summer and you love to get in a splash around. At your appointment this month you weighed 18 lbs 9 oz and were 27.5 inches tall--healthy as can be! We love you sweet boy!

Happy 4th of July!

For the 4th we headed to Buhl for the parade with the Parkers, Eskelsens and Bangerters and that turned into us making plans to meet my mom and dad down at Dierkes and try out the paddle boards with everyone. We have such a great group of friends and my parents are so amazing--we had a blast! Then we went back to the Parkers and had some pizza for dinner and then we all headed into town to watch the fireworks at CSI. I can't say it enough we are so blessed to have the close friends that we do!
the only pictures I got-boo! I was a hot hot hot day!
