Grandma's 80th birthday party

Grandma turned 80 on October 27th and treated her whole family to an amazing lunch at Maddox in Brigham City. We car pooled with Mom and Dad and headed up early so we could stop at Smith and Edwards-that place is a treasure trove! We met up with the rest of our family (minus Zac who had to stay home because he just had surgery on his hand) at the store and it got just a little crazy with everyone running around-our family is growing so fast!

After everyone had their carts full of goodies we headed to Maddox. We ate at the Lodge and it was beautiful! We were only missing 1 uncle, 1 aunt and 5 cousins. It was so great to be able to catch up with everyone and just to hangout and celebrate Grandma. She is the most amazing woman who is such a great example to our family-we love you Grandma, Happy birthday!

just missing Zac-love my family!

Words can't even describe how much I love my boys!

Baby Yay-yo

Oaklee Grayce Haney joined the Haney clan on October 17th and she is the most beautiful baby! Congratulations Ryan, Kaci and Mackie! Everyone kept posting pictures on facebook holding Oaklee and it was killing me (plus a little teasing from Ry that we weren't there) so Bryke and I hopped in the car Saturday morning and surprised Ry and Kac at the hospital-I had to get my hands on that baby! Bryke just loved her and kept saying baby yay-yo which is now what every baby is called :) We love you Oaklee!

Conference Weekend

Down on the farm with daddy :)

We headed to Raft River for conference weekend which also happened to be the start of beet harvest. I don’t know who was more excited to ride in the big trucks and tractors, Terry or Bryker. Ter had been talking it up all week to Bryker and getting him excited for it so he wouldn’t be scared this time. (I think all the bob the builder at our house might have helped a little too :)…) They took off riding with Grandma on Saturday morning and I got to enjoy the first session of Conference in total silence-it was pretty great.

I am so thankful for Conference. I can remember when it was just a whole lot of church in one weekend but now I really look forward to the messages and words of the Prophet and our leaders. It seems like they are always trying to lift us up and I am so grateful for their encouragement and hope.

In between sessions we ran into Burley and met up with my parents who spoiled us rotten with lunch at The Upper Crust-thanks Mom and Dad! I think we did pretty good getting both sets of parents in in 1 weekend-we love you guys!
